We are making changes to the CashBack Rewards loyalty program. As part of that transition, we are disabling the old program to get ready for launching the new program.
What happens to my points/status? My points and status aren't showing on the site.
The points and status that you have earned up to now will be saved and available in the new program. When we removed the old program, it no longer displays the status and points, but they are saved in our database and will become available again when the new program launches.
Why are you doing this?
The old program was a third-party solution and while it offered some great options, it wasn't able to meet our needs going forward. We are developing a new solution that will allow us to make it easier to redeem points, offer new ways to earn, and generally, give us more control over the program that rewards you for shopping with us!
When will the new program launch?
We expect to launch the new program in March.
Why is there a gap?
With a program like this that includes system changes, we wanted to make sure there was a "pause" between the two programs to ensure a smooth cutover with no loss of status and points.
